Step 1: Touch & Browse

Touch one of our interactive screens. A list of categories and top movie picks will appear on-screen. Browse through our collection of thousands of DVDs, watch movie trailers, read critics' reviews, and learn more about your favorite actors and directors.

Searching for a Specific Movie

If you'd like, you can find a particular movie using the Search feature, which allows you to target your search by movie, actor, or director name. Just look through our alphabetical list of movie titles and then touch the title of your choice. Alternatively, you can search by keyword or by the exact name of the movie, director, or actor you're looking for. Just touch-type the letters and the system will produce a list that matches what you want.

Step 2: Rent or Buy

When you are ready to rent or buy, touch the "Rent" or "Buy" button associated with your movie selection to reserve a movie and place it into your shopping cart. The Station will prompt you to insert your credit card or your DVD Station membership card. Your account is associated with a particular credit card so the same card should always be used. When you have made all your selections, touch the Checkout button. For security reasons, DVD Station will ask you again for your PIN.

Setting Up a New Account
The first time you rent a movie, DVD Station will assist you in setting up your account. This simple process takes only a minute. When you decide to place a DVD in your Shopping Cart, the screen will ask you to insert the credit card to which you want your rental charges to be placed. Note that no charges will be incurred on your card until you actually pick up and return your DVDs (when renting) or simply pick up your DVD (when buying). Once the card is inserted, the system will prompt you to enter your zip code and to create a secret PIN code consisting of 4 numbers. That's it - there are no long forms to fill out. The next time you rent, checkout will be even faster and easier.

Reserve & Your Virtual Shelf - If a DVD Is Already Rented Out
If the movie you are looking for is already rented, you can request for this title to be reserved for you. By using the Reserve button, your movie will appear on your virtual shelf. When the movie is returned, you will be notified via email and it will be held for you for 24 hours.

Wish List - If a DVD is Available But You'd Like to
Rent It at Another Time

If there is a DVD that you'd like to see at a later date, but not rent immediately, you can bookmark it by adding it to your "Wish List". The movie will not be reserved for you, but the system will remind you about the film each time that you login by showing the DVD on your virtual shelf. Once you rent that DVD title, it will disappear from your shelf.

Email Notifications & Your Privacy
DVD Station respects your privacy. Your personal information is kept confidential to DVD Station and will not redistributed to outside parties. What's more, we gather the minimal amount of information needed to process your transaction. By providing us with your email address, we can contact you with questions about your account and you will be able to use special features such as the Reserve function as well as be notified about upcoming promotions.

Step 3: Pick-Up

Once you pick up your DVD, you can easily remove it from its special DVD Station packaging by pushing in the lever on the corner of the DVD case.
